Siraj Al Ardh
A proof of concept for a controlled-environment hydroponic farm in Sidi Bouzid: the investor-facing platform that presents the facility, its technology, its production model and its roadmap, in Arabic and English.

- 1,008 m²
- target cycle from planting to harvest
- 35 days
- less water than soil farming (design target)
- up to 95%
The challenge
Tunisia is among the most water-stressed countries, and drought makes soil farming harder every year. A hydroponic project needs investors and partners to grasp a technical model quickly and trust its numbers.
Our approach
We turned the project plan into a clear, bilingual platform: a deep water culture system with IoT control of climate and nutrients, 35-day production cycles, the water savings, the revenue model and a phased roadmap from one facility to a regional AgriTech platform.
